Our Commitment to a Strong Workplace Culture

We are committed to a workplace where all employees can succeed based on skills and performance. We are building a world-class culture that fosters belonging, recognizes uniqueness and empowers all to share their experiences and ideas for a better C&S.

We've made strong progress in strengthening our workplace culture through cross-functional collaboration. As One Team, we're focused on creating an environment where every employee can contribute and grow, while continuing to support our communities through nonprofit partnerships and a broad supplier network.

Belonging at C&S: Empowering Our Teams Through Employee Resource Groups

At C&S, we believe people do their best work when they feel connected and supported—both personally and professionally. Our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are employee-led communities that bring people together around shared interests, experiences, and professional growth.

These groups are open to all employees and provide opportunities to connect, build relationships, and engage across the organization. They also support networking, mentorship, and community involvement through events, discussions, and volunteer activities.

Our ERGs include:

  • Black Employee Development Network (BEDN)
  • Pride Impact Network (PIN)
  • Veterans Resource Group (VRG)
  • Women's Inclusion Network (WIN)

Together, these groups help strengthen our culture by fostering connection, collaboration, and engagement across teams.

At C&S, we're committed to creating an environment where employees can grow, contribute, and succeed. Whether you're early in your career or more experienced, there are opportunities to connect, learn, and make an impact.

Honoring Inclusive Leadership

Through the Arne Gonzales Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Award, we honor the legacy of an exceptional leader and recognize a member of the C&S family who, like Arne, leads with a passion and commitment to DEI.

Congratulations to Danielle Merlob, Associate HR Business Partner in Westfield, Massachusetts, for a lifetime of outstanding service — to the community, to her colleagues and to the Company.
